Theophilius joins the team with over seven years of standing at the Bar. He provides legal counsel and representation on a variety of matters including, but not limited to commercial, corporate, criminal, family, property, and telecommunications laws. He also brings on board sound private sector experience working with and in the telecommunications sector for over 10 years.

His work also focuses on assisting corporates, gas importers, and retailers, and the social insurance trust schemes, debt restructuring, and recovery. He leverages his experience in critical business negotiations and dispute resolution for optimal results and Client satisfaction.

He maintains high levels of communication with clients. He gets clients involved in every step of the legal process and incorporates their feedback, concerns, and goals; he believes that active and professional client engagement is the bedrock of effective legal representation or counsel. He provides pro bono legal services to disadvantaged members of society, as and when the need arises, to advance the course of justice.
