OJP embraces diversity. We respect and collectively celebrate members and partners from different faiths and diverse cultural orientations. We actively and practically pursue these commitments by collectively celebrating the International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination and the notable days of all the major faiths and cultures.

We raise awareness as to why ethnicity, faith and culture do not and should not divide us. We warmly embrace our diversity. That offers us different perspectives and strengthens who we are and our ability to offer our clients from diverse backgrounds premier support to their most complex and intractable challenges. This enables us to constructively engage with our communities and partners at all levels to support inclusion in communal and national development.
