Zainab is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Superior Court of Judicature of Sierra Leone. She is a detailed and results-oriented counsel whose practice as a Senior associate combines skills, experience, and strategy to deliver premier services to Clients. Her work focuses principally on assisting business Clients of all sizes from a broad spectrum of sectors with transactional and advisory work, varying from assisting with new business start-ups to working on mergers and acquisitions, and corporate clients. Zainab also works heavily with commercial and corporate clients in the Maritime and Mineral sectors. She is an experienced negotiator with keen attention to the management of litigation and arbitral proceedings.

Prior to pursuing a career in law, Zainab worked for the Government of Sierra Leone as a project officer (Administration) at the Office of Diaspora Affairs, under the office of the President of the Republic of Sierra Leone. During her time in the Public Sector, she worked with various international organizations such as the World Bank, UNDP, EU, The International Center for Migration and Policy Development (ICMPD), and The International Organisation for Migration (IOM) in the development and implementation of various successful projects related to the development of the public-private diaspora collaboration and growth.
