Zainab is a detailed and results-oriented, counsel whose practice as an associate in the rm combines skills, experience and strategy to deliver premier services to Clients. Her work focuses principally on assisting business Clients of all sizes from a broad spectrum of sectors with transactional and advisory work, varying from assisting with new business start-ups to working on mergers and acquisitions, corporate. Zainab also works heavily with commercial and corporate Client in the Maritime and Mineral sectors. She is an experienced negotiator with keen attention in the management of litigation and arbitral proceedings.

Prior to pursuing a career in law, Zainab worked for the Government of Sierra Leone as a project officer

(Administration) at the of Diaspora A airs, under the of the President of the Republic of Sierra Leone. During her time in the Public Sector she worked with various international organisations such as the World Bank, UNDP, EU, The International Center for Migration and Policy Development (ICMPD) and The International Organisation for Migration (IOM) in the development and implementation of various successful projects related to development of the public private diaspora collaboration and growth.
