Hence, he is qualified to practice law as a Barrister and Solicitor in Sierra Leone. Frederick has a knack for litigation and this has come to light very early in his career.

He has contributed immensely to the advancement and accessibility of legal education and materials including up-to-date judgments of the superior courts of Sierra Leone through his association with Sierra Leone Legal Information Institute (SierraLII) - the foremost and premier platform for learning and researching for judicial precedents.

He is an excellent communicator with remarkable penmanship. Through his firm, OJP Legal, he has contributed to the drafting of notable legislation like the Employment Act 2023 and the Employment Regulations 2023.
